Who am I?

Who am I?

I’m Daria, a UI/UX and Product Designer from Ukraine with more than 4 years of experience designing digital products including mobile apps, websites, and ERP systems. My focus is on creating user-centered solutions that balance usability with clear business value.

My journey into design started after a career in banking, where I worked for 4 years after completing my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in banking and management in Kharkiv. During that time I was often drawn to creative tasks and new approaches, which later led me into design. This background still helps me today, as my experience with CRM systems and banking applications gives me a deeper understanding of user frustrations and business needs.

In 2020, I made the decision to move into UI/UX design, starting with a course, freelancing, and then a full-time role. Over time I discovered that I am especially interested in complex systems such as ERP platforms. These projects involve challenging tasks, advanced functionality and detailed logic, and I find real satisfaction in turning that complexity into something clear and simple for users.

Outside of design, I’m a perfectionist who enjoys sports, regular gym workouts, and experimenting with healthy (and not-so-healthy) recipes in the kitchen. I also have a deep love for mountains and outdoor adventures, which give me balance and inspiration.
