Ongoing UX Improvements & New Feature Design
For the last 4 years, I’ve been working as a designer on a complex ERP system that helps field service businesses manage their daily operations, such as scheduling, billing, inventory, and reporting. As the product grows, I continue to improve existing features and design new ones across the platform.
I work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers. My goal is to make sure that every UX decision supports user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. We deliver design updates regularly, focusing on better user flows, page improvements, and new functionality.
For the last 4 years, I’ve been working as a designer on a complex ERP system that helps field service businesses manage their daily operations, such as scheduling, billing, inventory, and reporting. I work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers. My goal is to make sure that every UX decision supports user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. We deliver design updates regularly, focusing on better user flows, page improvements, and new functionality.

My work involves collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and developers. We work together to understand what is needed, look at the possible problems, and find the right balance between what the user needs, what the business wants, and what is possible in terms of technology. This makes it easier to put the plan into action and get better results.

Design System & Accessibility Foundation
To support future scalability and consistency across the product, I contributed to the development of a design system aligned with accessibility standards and future dark theme support. The system was structured in Figma using tokens and variables to optimize collaboration and implementation.

Color System Refactoring in Figma:
As part of the design system update, I restructured all color styles into semantic variables and improved contrast across components to meet accessibility standards (WCAG).
The process included a full audit of existing styles and mapping them to new, accessible tokens. To ensure a smooth transition, I collaborated closely with frontend developers, aligning naming conventions and usage rules, and supporting implementation across the product.

While dark theme was not yet in development, I designed all variables and components with dual-theme logic in mind.
This included parallel token sets for light and dark modes, previewing key components in both versions, and validating contrast in each.

Component & Icon System Updates:
As part of the design system revamp, all UI components were updated and expanded to align with the new color structure and accessibility requirements. I also reviewed and unified the entire icon set, ensuring visual consistency in style, weight, and size across the product.
The components were built to be modular and scalable, supporting various states and responsive behaviors. Throughout the process, I worked closely with developers.

Field Technician Mobile App
This is a strong mobile phone app designed to help people who work in the field. It can be used to track the time they spend working, manage materials, and deal with paperwork and approvals from customers. Built with Flutter for top performance on both iOS and Android, the app works reliably online and offline, making it easy to work in remote areas with bad internet.

Working on this ERP platform is one of the most valuable experiences in my career. It is a large and complex system used by real businesses every day, and my role is to make it easier, clearer, and more consistent for the people who rely on it. I focus on designing flows that support both users and business goals, while keeping solutions realistic for development.
This project also gives me the chance to grow through close teamwork with product owners, business analysts, and developers. Together we solve challenging problems, and every step adds to my skills in creating meaningful and practical products.
